Robert was wonderful and did an amazing job! He completed cleaning our dryer vents, and we are completely happy with the quality job that he did! Will definitely call him again next time.
Clarence did a great job. He was professional, friendly, super accomidating and hard working. We highly recommend Bitterroot Air for their great work and very fair pricing.
They are friendly, clean and did a great Job. I could smell the difference. I hadn't had my ductwork cleaned in 12 years. in that time we as a multigenerational family of 10 had 10 dogs (we are down to 4 now) and lots of renovations over the years. we maintained our furnace filter but the ducts just get junk built up in them. our family has 2 asthmatics and the coughing and episodes seemed to be happening more often. while they were cleaning I could smell a difference. when they were done the air just smelled clean and light again. I'm doing a 3 year maintenance thing with them. It's so worth it. Having clean air in your home is a wonderful thing.
Clean Duck Air came to my home yesterday and I have to say this.. I have never had my air ducts cleaned in the 25 years I've owned my home and honestly, I did not know just how filthy my ducts were!! AND I had NO idea just how much of a difference it made in a mere 24 hours!! I actually woke up this morning without the usual sinus pressure I have every day!! My home SMELLS clean!! Gary and David were wonderful, so professional and fast.. I hope everyone who may read this gives them a call and schedules an appointment with them! Please give this company the support they so deserve. Thank you ever so much, Clean Duck Air!!
The person that did the work at my house was very friendly and knowledgeable. Seems like their equipment is powerful and effective. They did a great job.
I had him here today to clean my dryer vent and ducts. The dryer vent had a birds nest he was able to completely remove it and get it completely cleaned out. He was very professional and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend them, and will be using them again when the time comes. I am very pleased with the workmanship.
Great service! Appreciated their hard work and very professional. David and Gary were easy to talk to. I intend to call them to service our ventilation system every year for maintenance.
Excellent service from the team at Bitterroot Air Duct and Vent Cleaning. Would not recommend anyone else! From our initial contact with Robert, to the scheduling process and actual service we are 100% satisfied with our experience. Technician arrived right on time, was clean, organized and very very professional, respectful and extremely thorough; going above and beyond to clean our duct work and grates. And of course the final amount charged was spot on with our initial quote. Highly recommend this team for all your needs.
Yesterday was the first time I had Clean Duck Air clean my dryer and furnace ducts. David and Gary did an absolutely wonderful job, and it was indeed a job. My ducts had not been cleaned in 20 years, I live in a mobile home and have 2 dogs, one sheds, the other is a mini Aussie and sheds what seems like pounds of hair a day. They moved and replaced all the furniture, both men were very careful, considerate, friendly and very efficient. I HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone. They are in Stevensville and their phone number is 406-529-2172. I also spoke to Lexi who set up the appointment and she is just super. Her number is 406-531-3611.
Absolutely recommend! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and did a great job taking care of our home. They were very accommodating and truly went above and beyond to work with us. We really appreciate the great service and supporting a local business. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our neighbors!
